Care Rooted in Compassion, Guided by Experience

A safe space for healing—where your voice matters and your journey is honored.

I started Emerald Sanctuary Behavioral Health to create a safe, welcoming space where people feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported.

I am a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in behavioral health. Since moving to Calvert County in 2012 and training under Dr. Kerasidis, I’ve dedicated myself to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity.

I specialize in medication management for kids, adolescents and adults. I take a gentle, thoughtful approach—always listening closely and working collaboratively to find the treatment path that feels right for you.

I believe healing looks different for everyone, and I’m here to walk with you at your pace, without judgment. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or trauma, I’m committed to helping you feel more balanced, empowered, and supported.
